To create a growth mindset, you must first believe in your talents. That means you must have the mind frame of working hard, learning good strategies, and being open to taking input from others. I have experienced a growth mindset ever since I have been in education. I have dealt with many challenges and setbacks. Challenges are not always a bad thing when I speak on this. Your talents/skills will improve over time if you put in the work. As an educator, who has been teaching for over seven years now, I believe in asking questions. Never be afraid to ask for help when trying to better yourself. Another building tool for having a growth mindset is being flexible when working with people. Remember, you can't do this alone.
