Building a Blended Learning Culture in Elementary classrooms
Blended Learning Introduction-

According to Pappas, 2015, para. 6, "Blended learning, and eLearning as a whole, has seen rapid change in the past two decades, beginning in 1998 with the first generation of web-based instruction. Computers were no longer just for organizations and the wealthy few, but for the masses".
Hello everybody and welcome to the first episode of Building a Blended Learning Culture in Elementary classrooms with Brandy. Here I open up an open minded discussion environment. I believe in the usage of using Blended Learning in the classroom. More accurately, I think Blended Learning should be practiced in children early years in education. Elementary schools sets the foundation for students' learning journey and they need to be able to learn modern technology with their classroom learning material. Blended Learning is very beneficial for anyone who uses it. Blended learning has a proven track record of bringing traditional classrooms into the tech-friendly 21st century.

Summary of podcast
In this podcast segment, I discuss my passion for advocating for blended learning. As Covid-19 hit our society, it has taught the school system that students and teachers need to develop blended learning models to be used in the 21-century classroom. Our students are using technology every day in their lives. It is time to bring more technology usage to the classroom. Blended Learning is a way to connect technology with our classroom lesson plans. Blended Learning has benefited the classroom and there is data to back it up. I know the education field is making progress with blended learning and we are here to discuss it.

Blended Learning connected to the classroom

According to Passey, Blended Learning is defined as the approach towards education which is a combination of online academic material and new opportunities to interact online through traditional classroom methods. As a thought leader, the primary conceptual process includes prediction, a critical aspect that would facilitate the positioning of digital tools for blended learning. Integrating blended learning rotation and individual classroom models within an elementary environment steers a confirmatory status in the predictive feature. My innovation plan explains the need to act on using blended learning in an elementary classroom environment to enhance students’ learning outcomes. Blended learning is harnessed as a modeling aspect that requires the determination of appropriate guidelines to improve a standard conceptual framework. Dziuban et al. (2018) assert that blended learning incorporates the features of digital technology in the classroom setting.
