4DX

According to Covey (2018), the 4DX is a technique that enables firms to close implementation issues. This methodology is based on global, timeless ideologies of human efficacy and insights on the reasons entities fail to attain their goals. The four disciplines needed to ensure the attainment of set goals are concentrating on the most significant, engaging the lead measures, maintaining a fascinating scoreboard, and developing a rhythm of responsibility. To foster the attainment of a goal, the four disciplines should be executed within the five stages of change. These stages include pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance (The University of Rhode Island, n.d.). In this case, the authenticity plan would greatly fit in the context of the 4DX and stages of change.

INFLUENCER VS. 4DX

When I developed my influencer strategy, I used the influencer model that would help encourage the vital behaviors needed to implement my innovation plan in my organizational setting. The influencer model will foster the implementation of 4DX. According to Meier (n.d.), the Influencer Change Model focuses on altering human behaviors to attain measurable results. Changing behavior involves fostering motivation across social, personal, and structural aspects. The Influencer Change Model will complement the 4 Disciplines of Execution by helping change agents identify what must be done to motivate employees to embrace human qualities that promote brand authenticity. The model will also assist the change agents in acting on the best motivation techniques and creating a performance management system to measure results.
