  1. My class of 3rd-grade students will conduct the first pilot version of some blended learning models.

    1. Use my redesigned lesson plan that includes new blended learning models.

  • Rotation, Flex, Self-Blend, Flipped Classroom.

  1. Every student will have a laptop.

      •  Handouts on using software, computers, and troubleshooting instructions will be sent out to parents and students.

    •  Work will be online 24/7 for students to complete at home and in class.

  1. We will use current school software programs (students will understand various concepts.)

    • Built-in assessments, individual assignments, group assignments, discussion boards, immediate feedback, and certificates of accomplishment.

  1. Gather results with Teachers and Administration Staff.

  • What are the difficulties with adapting to blended learning in the classroom?

  • Did teachers use all the different blended learning models for individual student learning experiences?

  • How did the students' engagement and academics increase?

  • Was there enough support from teachers, administrators, and technical support?

  • Decide whether the blending learning culture implementation continues to go forward.

  1. Use the feedback to continue the implementation of blended learning.

Phase VI: School-Wide Kickoff
